1. Definitions and Interpretation

"Platform" refers to the shell96 website accessible at shell96.one and all related subdomains. "User" refers to any individual who registers, logs in or uses any service offered by shell96.

"Account" means a user profile that has been registered and verified by the platform. "Balance" refers to the total funds in your account, including cash and eligible bonus value. "Betting" covers all activities such as sports, online slots, live casino and table games available on the platform.

"Wagering requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be played through before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn as cash.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use shell96 services, you must meet the following requirements:

3. Deposits, Payments and Withdrawals

shell96 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency namely USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum deposit for each method is RM30.

Withdrawals may be made with a minimum amount of RM100. Withdrawal processing time is between 5 and 30 minutes depending on the payment method selected and internal security checks carried out by the platform.

• All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered under the same user's name.
• shell96 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
• Withdrawals involving large amounts are subject to compliance review and additional verification.
• Any attempt to transfer funds between user accounts directly is prohibited.

Funds in the account do not earn interest. shell96 does not impose any additional charges for processing deposits or withdrawals, however third-party payment providers may apply their own fees.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

shell96 offers various types of bonuses to eligible users. Each bonus is subject to its own wagering requirements and must be fulfilled before any withdrawal is permitted.

The welcome bonus offered is 120% of your first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount received.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — only winnings from bonuses that have met the wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• Bonus abuse such as bonus arbitrage will result in the bonus being voided and potential account closure.
• shell96 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus without prior notice if there are clear signs of misuse.
• Consecutive bonuses may not be combined with other bonuses unless specifically stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

The shell96 VIP programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each member starts at the Bronze tier and may progress to the next tier based on their activity level on the platform. Diamond members enjoy weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

5. User Conduct and Prohibitions

shell96 users agree not to engage in any action that could compromise the integrity of the platform, other users or third parties. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any external tools that influence game outcomes.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate betting results.
• Uploading or distributing content containing malware or harmful code.
• Threatening, insulting or harassing customer support staff or other users.
• Making false claims, falsifying documents or providing inaccurate information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's account without valid authorisation.

Any confirmed violation may result in immediate action including temporary account suspension, cancellation of all active bonuses, freezing of balances and reporting to the relevant authorities.
